“We passionately believe that people who have been seriously injured or have lost loved ones due to the negligent actions of others deserve a voice.”

About Our CRPS/RSD Attorneys

The Cochran Firm – Dallas was founded by Bryan Pope & Larry Taylor. Mr. Pope and Mr. Taylor have collectively practiced law for over 30 years and receive referrals from other attorneys throughout the country. Mr. Pope is a past president of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.

Our passion is helping others fight for the voice they deserve in times of adversity. By treating you as a person—not a case number—we are able to take a holistic approach to the challenges you face and help provide support on financial, legal and emotional levels.

We are conveniently located in the Uptown district of Dallas — just a short drive from downtown Dallas. Our lawyers are admitted to practice and actively try and argue cases in Texas state and federal courts. We also routinely handle cases for clients all over the country including Washington, D.C., Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, Wyoming, Alabama, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, California and Florida, to name a few.

The firm’s practice is focused on cases involving victims of CRPS/RSD.

Mr. Pope focuses his practice on representing victims of automobile accidents, trucking accidents and construction accidents as well as lawsuits against drunk drivers and the bars or restaurants that over serve them. Mr. Taylor focuses on serious personal injury litigation concentrating in the areas of wrongful death, automobile accidents, truck accidents, as well as criminal defense cases.

Our lawyers have devoted their careers to providing quality legal representation to their clients. They constantly strive to exemplify the tradition of what a lawyer should be to his or her client by fulfilling the role as attorney and counselor at law.
